OpSPOT's Spay/Neuter Waggin'
Our first mobile spay/neuter clinic program in October was a success.
We collaborated with the City of St. Louis Health Department and brought low-cost spay/neuter services to an under-served north community.
Since then we have done mobile spay/neuter programs
in St. Ann, Granite City. East Alton, and a second north St. Louis City
program.
For upcoming Granite City program info, please call 618-550-7647
For Ward 2 north St. Louis City info, please call 314-388-3444
We are looking forward to keeping this vehicle on the road and helping rural and urban communities where veterinary services are not easily accessed. Stay in touch to learn where we go next. If your community would be interested in a mobile spay/neuter program, please call us and let us know.
Free Straw for Warm Paws
OpSPOT will be providing straw to families whose
dogs must stay outdoors. Anyone is eligible to go to a participating
shelter and receive free straw. We are also collecting dog houses, which
are free to persons who could not otherwise afford to buy one. Call these
participating shelters for information about free straw and houses in
your area.
